The blow molding process begins with the selection of raw plastic materials with the needed durability and resistance to various environments. Because of our advanced technology and having 26 blow molding machines at our three production bases, we are able to satisfy customer requests for molded containers of various shapes and sizes. The production process begins with heating the plastic to its soft state. Thereafter, we blow the plastic at high pressure to capture the shape of the mold. This is the technique that allows us to manufacture containers with elaborate design features of uniform wall thickness and structural integrity throughout. Once the containers are molded, we perform a quality control check to ensure the containers meet the quality standards. Because of having the capability of customizing, we are flexible to alter our production to different needs for auto parts, medical products, or industrial packaging.
