Description:
Blow-molded safe durable agricultural irrigation pipe is made of high-quality HDPE (high-density polyethylene) through professional blow molding technology. It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. The diameter and wall thickness can be customized according to irrigation needs, providing a safe, efficient and durable water conveyance solution for farmland irrigation, orchard drip irrigation, greenhouse irrigation, garden greening and other agricultural and horticultural scenarios.
We provide a complete range of standard specifications, and also support customization: Common diameters: 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 75mm, 90mm (wall thickness 2.0mm-5.0mm, corresponding to working pressure 0.6MPa-1.2MPa); Custom specifications: The diameter can be customized up to 160mm, and the wall thickness can be adjusted according to the working pressure (suitable for large-area farmland irrigation and water conservancy projects). (We support customizing the length of a single pipe, adding connecting joints, and processing anti-clogging inner walls according to customer needs.)
This irrigation pipe is widely used in various agricultural and horticultural scenarios, such as grain crop farmland, fruit orchards, vegetable greenhouses, flower bases, and urban garden greening. It is especially suitable for drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation and flood irrigation systems in arid and semi-arid areas, and can also be used for water conveyance in small and medium-sized water conservancy projects.
Ordering Instructions: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for regular specifications is 3000 meters (the MOQ for customized large-diameter or special wall-thickness styles shall be discussed separately). The development cost of new molds is evaluated according to the diameter and wall thickness specifications. A reasonable order quantity can reduce the cost of raw material procurement and mold amortization, ensuring product cost-effectiveness.
