Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and customizable in color, this pallet is manufactured via hollow blow molding technology.
It features a flexible design size range: length 1000-1600cm, width 1000-1600cm, height 200-300cm.Performance-enhancing additives such as anti-UV agents (for anti-aging), antistatic agents, and flame retardants can be incorporated. Both the exterior color and dimensions are customizable.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is usually 200 sets (subject to specific size and structural complexity). The development cost of new molds is high, so a reasonable MOQ is required to ensure production economy.
